ORDERING AND PROCESSING

We strive to process each non Aeroshell order within 2-3 business days. Aeroshell orders are processed within 5-7 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or Victorian state holidays.

By signing up with a password you get access to you order history and status. The store does not offer pre-ordering service.

SHIPPING TIMES and COST

We offer free shipping for all non Aeroshell orders with addresses within Australia using TNT's Road Express Service. Aeroshell orders are charged freight. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes. Delivery to home addresses wil be charged at a minimum extra of AUD 50.00.

 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Orders that have been shipped via TNT can be tracked by clicking here.

 RETURNS

We accept returns on item that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.

Simorg reserves the right to refuse any return on item that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.

Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse

Please submit your return request to our email customerhelpdesk@simorg.com.au.

Once you have submitted a return request, you will be provided with a return authorization available via email with detailed return instructions. Original shipping costs are non–refundable. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed. 

SHELF LIFE GUARANTEE

All shelf-life controlled items will have a guaranteed commercial shelf life of minimum 25% at the time of shipping. In the event we are not able to fulfill this guarantee, we will reach out to you for acceptance of either lower shelf-life, or cancellation of the order.

PAYMENT

The amount is withdrawn when the package is ready to be shipped. Before that, the amount is only reserved.

Simorg follows the law on personal data by General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), regardless of your location. The Data Protection Authority shall facilitate protection of individuals from violation of their right to privacy through processing of their personal data. Personal information given by customers will not be forwarded to any third parties.
